It is best to think of architecture not as a single practice, but as several interlocking ones. Central to all of these are the client, the budget and the purpose of the building. When an architect brings together the elements and layout needed to accomplish the clients goals, its a great feeling. But that is only the beginning of the clients journey to occupancy. I have extensive experience with planning boards, including subdivisions, SEQR, Board of Health approval and septic design, and energy studies. I utilize the latest CAD technology to produce construction documents and for the past 20 years, I have managed construction contracts and produced successful outcomes for all parties. Now, in 2024 after 30 years of public service, I am launching this new practice to put all that I have learned to work for you
