March 2024 - NEA is currently in design of a steel modern vacation house for a family from NYC to spend their summers enjoying the Hudson Valley. This project is especially exciting to us as its our first fossil fuel free building!

April 2024 Its no secret hat there is nothing we love more than historic preservation and so NEA is excited to add our newest contribution alongside the stone houses of New Paltz. This addition to a single family residence will beautify the neighborhood while providing a space for the family to gather for generations to come.

February 2024 -This dramatic addition to a home in Marlboro will add dining, wok spaces and most of all a bright future to this beloved old farmhouse.
